Things Look a Little Different, Don’t They?

If you’ve landed here looking for Wellydog, the lovely little shop in the heart of Polperro, I understand your confusion — and I’m truly sorry to disappoint. After many wonderful years, Steve (aka Mr Wellydog) retired, and we closed the shop in December 2024.

Now, it’s just me — left to my own creative devices. And rather than wait for retirement, I decided to follow a long-held dream: to return to pottery.

I studied ceramics back in college, and it’s always been something I wanted to revisit. Impatience (and inspiration!) got the better of me, and for the past three years, I’ve been working quietly behind the scenes, building a small collection of handmade pieces inspired by the sea and the Cornish coast.

Thank you for being here. I hope you enjoy exploring this new chapter with me.
